My artist collective, State of the Art: Atlanta, kicked off its new monthly series, Good Company this past month with a solo exhibition featuring Atlanta photographer Breyona Holt, otherwise known as Exquisite Eye. The event included a solo exhibition of her work followed by a live interview conducted by myself and Edmond Tucker where we touched on girl power, her faith, what inspires her, her use of color and how she handles doubt and competition. Hint: she doesn’t. The end result was an inspiring event with a super talented artist that I’m honored to have been apart of. I already can’t wait for our next event in the series.
